I got my drivers license back after a 6 month absences and have had no accidents, tickets or near death incidents. However on Friday I got VERY lost out near Loveland, CO going to Amy Gibson’s Baby Shower and had a 45 minute driving detour. It was a reminder of every stress that accompanies driving and temperamental cars- with high way driving, nearly running out of gas, the setting sun in your eyes and nothing on the radio.
The red line on the following map is the crazy unexpected detour that I took in order to make it to point A.
However I made it to the shower, better late then never, and enjoyed seeing Amy (beautifully pregnant) and wishing her well on her pregnancy. We are so happy for her and so excited to see the newest addition to the Gibson family!!

Such determination Brea! I'm flattered that you didn't give up, and hope that the party was fun and made up for the detour (it makes for a funny story though).
