Ben's team at work was invited, by the Global Team, to join them in a 'team bonding' day skiing/snowboarding at the Eldora Skii Resort. Although he grew up in Colorado, Ben has not done much snowboarding and was a little nervous. He was able to borrow all the gear and someone gave him a quick lesson when they got there. He said it was a GREAT day because the snow was soft and perfect. He really enjoyed it and was not even too sore afterwards!

On a work related note: Ben was just invited to join the Crocs High Potential Program. We are not 100% sure what this means but he has got some cool training and free lunch. He also just got a promotion and a job change from the America's E-commerce Email Marketing Manager to the America's CRM and Loyalty Manager. He is excited for the change in responsibility and to learn more!
