On Saturday we went to CASA BONITA in Denver, to ‘taste the magic of Mexico.’ For everyone who hasn’t been to this entertaining adventure you are missing out. Casa Bonita is a mixture of indoor waterfalls and caves sporting cliff divers, cowboy shootouts, gorilla masquerades, pirate attacks and much more. There are magician magic shows, puppet shows, piñata parties, arcade rooms, mariachi bands, and even a haunted dragon cave. And to top it off there is mediocre lunch room food and endless all you can eat homemade sopaipillas with honey. It is hours of over stimulation and overindulgent eating topped with sticky honey. It is perfection to a child, humorous to a teenager and entertaining to an adult- fun for every age!!

How fun! I'm thinking of really trying to get to Denver to see some friends this summer and if I do, we'll definitely go here :) Cause Mexican food is VERY good to me during this pregnancy. Really, the only food that I want and tastes 100% good.
oh casa bonita. the joy it brings!!! I remember going there so many times. its so funny because the food is horrible, the place is chessy but yet we are all drawn back to it like a moth to a flame. I think they put addictive substances in the air, food and what ever else. although their (sp) are to die for. yummy.
Ooh, I have only been to Colorado once, and I while I was there we went to Casa Bonita! It was such an entertaining evening! If Jordan and I ever make it out to Colorado, I'll have to take him there. How fun!
Oh I sure love that place. The pink building and everything. The food isn't so great except for the sopapias, but it is sooooo fun. Nothing can compare.
