Saturday (November 3) we went to the beach, it was so much fun. They thought it was going to be cold and we weren’t going to enjoy it- but for us the weather was WONDERFUL!! The Florida beach is a lot different then that in California- it smells like fish, it is a lot more salty and it has a thick layer of foam in top. Because it is getting later in the year and the winds are picking up- there were also big waves (unusually big for Florida- because there weren’t even surfers out). But it was fun to be out in the sun and the out of doors. We played in the sand- Mer and Brea made a Sand Sun and Doug and the kids made a sand serpent. We played in the water and splashed around- it was so much fun!!

Maaaaan, I am soooo jealous. I want to go visit Florida again too! :( The waves photos just make me sick with envy!! I'm glad you guys had a good time and got to do lots of fun stuff!
