Mets vs Braves

Yesterday (September 10, 2007), B surprised me with front row tickets to the Mets vs Braves game at Shea Stadium. He works with someone who had season tickets and wasn’t going to be able to go- so we got to go for free. It was such a cool experience (my first professional baseball game) and so much fun. We were sitting at the front by where the foul line hits the dirt (on the 1st base side). There were two home runs in the game and some base stealing. The Mets won 3 to 2 (but it was close)- it was so much fun!

Very cool (nice surprise, Ben)!! I've been to one professional game, in Seattle. It was a pretty fun experience to be in the crowd. I can't stand watching baseball on TV, but in the stadium, it's a whole different game and environment, and very fun! Who did you root for, anyway?
